Pakistan Shaheens' bowlers rattled Melbourne Renegades' batting line to win their second consecutive match in the ongoing Top End T20 series in Australia.
Arafat Minhas and Ali Asfand bagged three wickets each to help Shaheens bowl out Renegades for paltry 85 runs after they were set to chase 94.
The bowling duo captured almost the whole batting line of Renegades. Dylan Brasher scored highest 19 runs for his team.
Earlier, Shahwaiz Irfan scored 34 runs followed by useful last-wicket partnership between Faisal Akram and Ali Asfand helped Shaheens score 94.
On a bowling-friendly wicket, Renegades got complete control in the first innings as their bowling charge was led from the front by Ruwantha Kellapotha. He took three wickets followed by two wickets each from Fergus O' Neil and Tom Rogers.
Shaheens, who lost their first match against NT Strike, will play their next match against Melbourne Stars tomorrow (August 2).
They will play their last league match against PNG on August 4. The final of the series is scheduled on August 6. Shaheens will also play two one-day matches during this series, first against PNG and second against NT Strike.
