Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) have contacted two countries to hold matches for women’s football.

The PFF Normalisation Committee is in touch with the federations of Kyrgyzstan and Mauritius for women's matches as confirmed by the sources.

The international matches can be held for female footballers in the FIFA window of July 10 to 18.

The PFF will also hold a camp for women footballers this month, which could begin on June 18.

Earlier today, Pakistan’s men's team lost to Kenya by 1-0 in their second match of the ongoing four-nation cup in Mauritius.

After taking an early lead in the first half, Kenya dominated most part of the match. However, Pakistan improved their game as compared to the previous contest.

Shumah Moses of Kenya, who are ranked 103rd in the FIFA rankings, took advantage of a throw-in, scoring the first goal of the match in the 17th minute.

Hassan Bashir got an opportunity to level the game in the 39th minute, but unfortunately, he was unable to convert it into a goal.

In the second half, Pakistan tried their best to score but didn't convert a single goal.

The Men in Green also lost their opening match of the tournament against the hosts Mauritius 3-0 at the Anjalay Stadium Belle Vue Harel on Sunday (June 11).

Pakistan, who are now out of the tournament, will face Djibouti in their last match of the four-nation tournament on June 17.

Kenya are the highest-ranked side in this tournament with a 102 ranking. They are followed by Mauritius with 180 ranking. Djibouti stands at 193 and Pakistan are the lowest-ranked side with 195 ranking.
