KARACHI: Pakistan Boat Rally and Fishing Association (PBRFA) has won best pavilion award in Pakistan International Maritime Expo & Conference (PIMEC).
PBRFA is currently promoting ocean sports across the country. After the success of last year's inaugural boat rally season, the boating association shined in PIMEC.
Founder, President and CEO of PBRFA, Ahmad Mamoor Amimi said it was an honour for them to feature in PIMEC.
"It was our first experience in PIMEC and it was too good," said Amimi. "We made our efforts to prepare best possible stall. Luckily, we got award for it," he added.
"We will continue exploring Pakistan's seas. It's our aim to promote ocean tourism in Pakistan," he concluded.
PBRFA is going to organize second season of boat rally later this month. This time their plan is to explore Astola Island and Damb Miani Hor.
