Pakistan's all-rounder Shadab Khan thanked people for respecting his privacy on his baarat (wedding party).

Taking to Twitter, Shadab shared pictures and thanked his fans for showing patience while sharing his pictures.

"Alhamdulilah. Today is a blessed day for me and my family. My baraat. I hope I can be a good husband to my wonderful wife. A huge thank you to everyone for respecting my family’s privacy," he wrote.

Pakistani cricketers including Haris Rauf, Shan Masood and Shaheen Shah Afridi got married within two months time which marked wedding season in Pakistan's cricket.

Haris tied the knot with Muzna Masood Malik in December last year followed by Shan's wedding in January and Shaheen's marriage in early February.

Shaheen Afridi ‘hurt’ after invasion of privacy

Afridi was left disappointed after netizens invaded his privacy by publishing the speedster’s wedding pictures online without consent.

Soon after Afridi’s nikkah, pictures of the pacer and his wife were released on social media.

“It's very disappointing that despite many and repeated requests, our privacy was hurt and people kept on sharing it further without any guilt,” Afridi tweeted on Saturday.

“I would like to humbly request everyone again to kindly coordinate with us and not try to spoil our memorable big day,” he added.

Afridi tied the knot with legendary all-rounder Shahid Afridi’s daughter, Ansha.

The nikkah was solemnised at a local mosque in Karachi in presence of close relatives of both families.

The couple’s engagement had already taken place two years ago.

A reception was also held, soon after the nikkah, with squash legend Jahangir Khan and Pakistan cricketers Babar Azam, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Naseem Shah and Shadab Khan among the attendees.
