Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe couldn’t hide his laughter when asked to sign for Arsenal by a Gunners’ supporter as he went on to say “No way”.

Mbappe, 25, is expected to leave PSG at the end of the season as his current deal will expire and the Frenchman decided against the extension of his contract.

In a clip going viral on social media, an Arsenal supporter told Mbappe: "Come to Arsenal, we'll look after you."

The Frenchman burst into laughter and said: “Arsenal?” before adding "There's no way, there's no way." The young Arsenal fan asked in response: "Why?" and Mbappe replied: "It's too cold there."

The incident took place after Arsenal’s head coach Mikel Arteta had publicly admitted that the Gunners would always be in a race to sign players of Mbappe’s calibre.

"When there is a player of that calibre we always have to be in the conversation," the Gunners manager had said. "But as you said it looks in a different way. Why not? If we want to be the best team, we are going to need the best talent and the best players, that is for sure."

However, after Mbappe’s snub, Arsenal may finally stop dreaming about signing the 2018 World Cup winner as he has publicly confirmed that he will not be signing for the Gunners.

Remember, Mbappe is expected to complete his long-awaited move to Real Madrid in the summer after reportedly informing PSG president Nasser Al Khelaifi that he will leave the club after the end of the season as a free agent.

The Frenchman’s move to Madrid is just a matter of time now as multiple outlets have reported that the official deal will be announced as soon as final details are agreed upon between the two sides.

It must be noted that Madrid have been trying to sign Mbappe since his AS Monaco days in 2017-18 but the player decided to join PSG on a €180 million deal.

The deal was likely to happen last summer after the 25-year-old sent a letter to the French club saying that he would not extend his contract till 2025.
