Jude Bellingham has taken the football world by storm since his debut with Real Madrid and with every match played, he keeps on justifying the €100m Los Blancos paid for him.
The 20-year-old is not just doing magic on the pitch but his craze has spread all over Spain with his iconic celebration being copied not just by fans, but also by athletes from other sports.
And just like that, the number one tennis player Carlos Alcaraz did the same after cementing his place in the semi-final of the ongoing 2023 US Open.
Alcaraz — the current US-Open and Wimbledon title holder — beat Alexander Zverev 6-3, 6-2 and 6-4 in the quarter-finals and is now all set to lock horns with the Russian Daniil Medvedev.
The 20-year-old posted a picture of himself doing the "Jude Bellingham" celebration on his X, formerly known as Twitter, account with the caption: "Hey Jude @BellinghamJude".
To which, Bellingham responded on X calling Alcaraz a “machine”.
Bellingham became a fan favourite in no time with his pleasant and mature personality in the dressing room as well as on the field and he is also the reason why the Los Blancos have 12 points in four La Liga games this season.
With five goals in four matches, he is also the top-scorer of La Liga.
Last week, when it looked like that the Whites would have to share points with Getafe at the Santiago Bernabeu, Bellingham scored an injury-time winner and secured three points for his side.
The fans in the newly-opened Santiago Bernabeu were chanting "Hey Jude" during Madrid's clash against Getafe.
After a great season with his former club Borussia Dortmund and a remarkable start with Madrid, he has also been nominated for the Ballon d'Or 2023.
