England's leg-spinner Adil Rashid and Afghanistan's pacer Fazalhaq Farooqui celebrated Eid during the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) season 16.
In a picture shared on social media, the two cricketers, who are representing Sunrisers Hyderabad in the tournament, are donning Shalwar Kameez.
Other Muslim players, who are part of the ongoing IPL, are Moeen Ali (England), Rashid Khan and Noor Ahmed (Afghanistan), Mohammad Shami, and Umran Malik (India).
Reportedly, all the players celebrated Eid together as the IPL 16 is currently underway on different venues.
Rajasthan Royals are leading the points table with eight points in six matches. Lucknow Super Giants and Chennai Super Kings are second and third respectively with the same points.
First Eid was celebrated in Saudi Arabia, the Middle East and a few other parts of the world on Friday (April 21). Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and many other countries celebrated Eid today.
Pakistani cricketers celebrated Eid at their homes. Pakistan are currently hosting New Zealand for five T20Is and as many ODIs. All the players were allowed to travel to their homes to celebrate Eid after fourth T20I which ended as a washout in Rawalpindi on Thursday (April 20).
The players will reunite tomorrow in Islamabad before fifth and series-deciding T20I on April 24.
