Lahore Qalandars' young batter Tahir Baig is looking forward to make his debut Pakistan Super League (PSL) season big for him.
In a video shared by Qalandars, Baig said it's a big day for him. "It's a big day for me. I am excited to make my debut memorable by scoring big for my team," he said.
Baig, who is a part of Qalandars High Performance Center class of 2022, credited defending champions for giving him and a lot of youngsters a solid platform to showcase their talent.
Tahir opened Qalandars' batting with Fakhar Zaman. He managed to score 32 runs off 26 deliveries laced with five boundaries.
When this story was filed, Qalandars were batting at 62-1 in 7.4 overs. Fakhar was not out for 28 off 18 balls.
