Pakistan A's right-arm pacer Arshad Iqbal said their mission is to defend the ACC Men's Emerging Asia Cup title. 

Arshad, who bagged man-of-the-match award in semi-final against Sri Lanka A for bagging five wickets for 37 runs, said he is satisfied with his performance because Pakistan won. 

"I am satisfied with the performance because my team won. We are too happy about the final qualification. But the mission is not complete yet, all eyes are on winning the final," he said. 

Arshad said that skipper Mohammad Haris asked him to bowl according to the given plan. "I was asked by the skipper to bowl according to the given plan. As a cricketer you learn every time, I will try to perform for my team in the final too," he added. 

The pacer dedicated his man-of-the-match award to his family. 

Pakistan A defeated Sri Lanka A by 60 runs in the semi-final.

While chasing a target of 323 runs, the home side were bowled out for 262 in 45.4 overs.

Pacer Arshad Iqbal was the pick of the bowlers for Pakistan A after claiming figures of 5-37.

Mubasir Khan and Sufiyan Muqeem bagged two wickets each for the winning side.

Sahan Arachchige and Avishka Fernando scored 97 runs each for Sri Lanka A but it was not enough to get their side over the line.

Earlier, fifties by Omair Bin Yousuf and captain Mohammad Haris powered Pakistan A to 322.

The Men in Green will face the winner of the second semi-final between India A and Bangladesh A.
