Pakistani cricketers Faheem Ashraf and Fakhar Zaman shared their pictures after performing Umrah.
Taking to the Instagram story, Faheem shared a picture with teammate Fakhar post-Umrah.
The picture went viral on social media with people asking the cricketers to remember them in their prayers too.
It must be noted here that Faheem and Fakhar are currently in Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj. They are accompanied by other Pakistani cricketers including Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, and Iftikhar Ahmed. Former Test cricketer Inzamam-ul-Haq will also perform Hajj this year.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had already exempted these cricketers from attending the ongoing training camp in Lahore. Rizwan and Babar will join the national training camp ahead of the Sri Lanka Test series in Karachi early next month.
Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Mufti Abdul Shakoor, in March, said that 179,210 Pakistani pilgrims would perform Hajj this year.
Earlier this year in Ramadan, Babar, Iftikhar, Faheem, and Haris Rauf followed by other national cricketers performed Umrah.
Pakistan will play the next international series in mid-July. They will go to Sri Lanka for playing two Tests.
PCB had announced 16-member squad for the series. Young Mohammad Hurraira and Aamer Jamal got their maiden Test call-up. Shaheen Shah Afridi returns to Test squad as Pakistan are all set to start the third cycle of the ICC World Test Championship next month.
